The Philadelphia Dragon Boat team held time trials on the canal in Manayunk, Pennsylvania. The team members were timed in a 500 meter race against the clock using one person outrigger canoes. There were people running and ridding bikes along the canal shouting out cadence to help the paddler get the best time possible.
