My morning exercise routine involves rowing on the Concept2 Model D rower. My rowing times will never get me into the Olympics. Today I was fast enough to finish so far ahead of the pace boat that the pace boat didn't show up on the screen. Stroke, stroke, stroke ...
If I'm racing his dragon boat it's only in the afternoon or evening. My early morning row barely beats the pace boat because my cereal and orange juice have not kick started my energy level.
Are you sure you're in front of the pace boat? The screen shows 2:17 / 500 m for you and at the bottom of the screen it reads 2:09.4 / 500 m for the pace boat. I would infer then from that data that you are so far behind the pace boat that it doesn't show on the screen. But, then again, we all know that I am not a math genius.

No fair setting the pace boat as Troy's Dragon boat :-)

I'm sure the pace boat was far behind and didn't make the finish line before I did.
