The Boston fire department responded to a false alarm while I was visiting Boston labor day weekend. Big firetrucks, narrow streets and I didn't see any damage on the firetruck. They must have some great drivers in the Boston fire department. I noticed the Boston fire department's motto is "Nations First." I thought Philadelphia had the first fire department and it was started by Ben Franklin. So what city in the United States has the oldest fire department?

! driving in Boston is a nightmare, I can't imagine being a FTD (fire truck driver) there!!
