They play a game called pickleball in Florida; the game is played outside using a wooden paddle and a wiffle ball. You can live blocks away from the pickleball court and still hear the sound of a paddle hitting the ball. I wish I could describe the sound but I cannot, you need to get yourself to Florida to experience the game.
